Keeping Kids Entertained

Just a little reminder… the school holidays are coming! But don’t fret, we have some ideas for you to keep the kids occupied. Plus, there’s still time to use those Dine and Discover vouchers!

Hand or foot?

There’s golf and then there’s mini golf and foot golf and you and the kids can try both at nearby Shell Cove Links and Jamberoo golf courses. Both are super fun for kids and will keep them occupied for a good couple of hours plus burn some energy and get them outdoors.

When it’s dreary outside…

The good old days of arcade games are back and just in time for cooler months and dreary weather. There’s still old school games, but with a bit of a facelift for the Tik Tok generation. There’s the newly opened Timezone at nearby Stockland Shellharbour – convenient if you need to do some shopping. There’s indoor kart racing and laser tag at C1 in Albion Park which will keep the kids racing!

Bounce around!

The kids can actually bounce off the walls at Flip Out just a short drive from us here in Kiama. Even the kids with boundless energy will be challenged as they jump their way through the Ninja course!

Watch and learn

Head a bit further down South for the day to Huskisson and catch a cruise to watch the whales and dolphins play. Whale season is at it’s best from late May and locals have already spotted some early visitors! Check out Dolphin Watch Cruises Jervis Bay or Jervis Bay Wild.
